New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham imposed a 30-day suspension of the right to carry guns, either concealed or openly, in Albuquerque. Liberty Guard President Bob Barr says Grisham knows what she did is unconstitutional. For now, however, law-abiding citizens in the area are uncertain if they can protect themselves, their businesses and their families.
