Presidential Historian Craig Shirley says last night’s second Republican presidential debate was largely unmemorable: “It should have been a policy debate. It should have been deep discussions about the issues facing this country, about Joe Biden, about Joe Biden’s impeachment. But instead, it reminded me of the Island of Misfit Toys.”
