Just the News founder John Solomon says former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy "has no more belly for leadership" and just wants to serve as a member of Congress. "If you're going to make a promise saying you're restoring regular order to the budget then you'd better do it, and not just to your caucus, but to the American people," Solomon said.
