Former Deputy Patrol Agent in Charge of the U.S. Border Patrol JJ Carrell discusses what happens if an agent arrests an individual on the border and learns that person is a prior deported illegal alien. Instead of reinstating that deportation and removing that illegal alien to his/her country of origin, the Border Patrol agents must release that individual.
