Wicomico County, Maryland Sheriff Mike Lewis tells Law & Border host Ben Bergquam that, contrary to what the left says, crime is not down in America. "There is a big difference in crime statistics vs. arrest statistics," Lewis said. "Crime statistics have gone through the roof. Arrest statistics have gone down dramatically because we can't arrest people anymore." Lewis then lists examples of how juveniles in his county have committed unprecedented levels of crime.
