President Trump attorney Jesse Binnall says powerful prosecutors use taxpayer dollars to go after people and persecute and threaten them with four-to-six-month trials that few people can afford, at an expense of perhaps millions of dollars. "It is very difficult for most people to withstand that pressure from the government," Binnall said. "We have a system where the process is the punishment."
