U.S. Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ-05) says leftists who control big cities are authoritarian enough to demand that everyone else comply with whatever they believe is tolerant. In the end, those cities pay a price for their ridiculous leftist policies. Then they expect the federal government to come in and bail them out.
