Heritage Director of the Grover M. Hermann Center for the Federal Budget Richard Stern says he is impatient and wants to cut as much federal spending as possible. With that said, Stern said America did not have conservative leadership in Congress for years. Now, House Speaker Mike Johson and his team have two and a half months to get real conservative wins in all of the negotiations, Stern said.
