Article III Project founder Mike Davis tells Steve Bannon that the newly-released January 6 tapes will prove that day consisted of a lawful protest that got out of control and turned into a riot. "I am not saying what they did was right. It was clearly illegal to trespass," Davis said. "But I will say this: How many insurrectionists go unarmed into a nation's Capitol and get to the Senate floor, take selfies, walk through velvet ropes, follow police directions and don't burn down the damn place?"
