U.S. Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ-05) tells Steve Bannon that Hunter Biden must come in to give a deposition. Failure to do so means he's defying a subpoena. "We don't have police power," Biggs said. "We will have to petition the DOJ to hold him in contempt."
