"When they think of the 14th Amendment they think of the Equal Protection Clause and, all of a sudden, out of nowhere they say 'Oh, we can remove President Trump from the ballot using section 3 of the 14th Amendment,'" Bis said, adding Colorado and Maine officials are destabilizing the country.
