Lauren Bis of the Public Interest Legal Fund says the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is complex, and one part in particular is something that people have not studied. "When they think of the 14th Amendment they think of the Equal Protection Clause and, all of a sudden, out of nowhere they say 'Oh, we can remove President Trump from the ballot using section 3 of the 14th Amendment,'" Bis said, adding Colorado and Maine officials are destabilizing the country.
