Ray Epps was supposed to get a year in jail. But what happened instead? Greg Price of the State Freedom Caucus Network tells Steve Bannon that Epps got one year of probation, a $500 fine and 100 hours of community service. "That is it for the guy who was filmed instigating the J6 riot," Price said, adding Epps was never held in pre-trial detention. He never had his bank account taken away. Epps was never rounded up by the FBI and thrown in solitary. Epps was also able to phone in to his sentencing hearing.
