Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton tells Steve Bannon that his state is trying to protect a very small part of its southern border against cartel activity. "We are trying to stop the part that we can stop," Paxton said. "The federal government is threatening us, saying that we need to get out of their way because they are enforcing immigration law. We all know that's not true because they don't enforce immigration law."
