U.S. Rep. Mike Turner's (R-OH-10) comments about an imminent threat scared the American people and affected domestic and international markets. U.S. Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN-05) told Steve Bannon that he's written to House Speaker Mike Johnson and asked for an inquiry as to whether Turner intentionally tried to influence a vote. "The stuff that was pulled yesterday left me unable to sleep last night," Ogles said. "So I got up in the wee hours of the morning. I drafted that letter. I was very thoughtful in my language."
