Speaking of the more than $350 million judgement against President Trump, Heritage Foundation Legal Fellow Zack Smith said there's a number of grounds that could potentially be bases for appeal. "Certainly [there's] the judge's findings of facts and conclusions of law in the opinion," Smith said. "There could also be some type of selective prosecution claim being brought, but those are typically much, much harder to bring." The judge, in his 92-page opinion, seemed to take personal swipes against Trump.
