"He [Biden] has had three years to solve this crisis and use the executive authority that he used to reverse all of President Trump's effective policies to secure the border and stop the invasion, but he hasn't," Leavitt said. "But now, he's running down there, chasing President Trump after we already publicly reported that we would head there on Thursday to visit the brave United States Border Patrol agents who are on the front lines of this invasion."
