Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) says the Democratic Party is “willing to look the other way” from the humanitarian crisis at the southern border in order to get illegal immigrants' votes in future elections. “They look at every single one of those 10.7 million illegal immigrants and they see them as future Democrat voters,” says Sen. Cruz. “They want them to vote. I think they want as many of them to vote illegally now as possible. But whether some of them vote now and others vote later, the Democrats are interested in partisan advantage.”
