America First Policy Institute Chief Communications Officer Marc Lotter says Joe Biden, during his State of the Union, has to try to convince the American people what's in their paychecks and bank accounts isn't real. "That's the problem. They can see it with their own eyes. They know the experience they are having, and they don't like it," Lotter said. "That is why on every single major policy issue Joe Biden is viewed as a disaster. Two-thirds of the American people disapprove of what he is doing."
