RAV correspondent Michelle Backus says she will be shocked if Joe Biden's State of the Union speech tonight hits the one hour mark. "I was looking at [Biden's] speeches prior," Backus said. "They keep going down." Biden's 2023 speech lasted one hour and 13 minutes. The 2022 speech lasted one hour and one minute. The 2021 speech lasted one hour and five minutes.
