Retired ICE Special Agent Victor Avila says the Coast Guard and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection are getting a lot of mixed signals from the Biden administration about Haitians on their way to Florida. "If we see a mass boat of several thousands of people land ashore in Florida, then let me assure you that will cause a mass destruction not only to South Florida but to the rest of our country," Avila said. "That will signal to the rest of the Haitians that the welcome mat is laid out and the red carpet is there for them to send the rest of the people."
