Foote confirmed the United States scuttled Haiti's 2021 free and fair elections. That scuttling caused Haiti's current failed state. "You broke this, and it became significant over the past week with the disasters in Haiti," Leahy tells Steve Bannon. "Everything Todd Bensman told you about the forced repatriation of 15,000 Haitian immigrants in 2021 from the Del Rio migrant camp was true."
