U.S. Rep. Matt Rosendale (R-MT) says the proposed new spending package has a total price tag of $1.2 trillion, which is about $40 billion more than what the Republicans proposed. The bill also has about $2 billion of earmarks from a spectrum of Democrats and Republicans. "It funds bad policies," Rosendale said. "It funds abortion on demand clinics, LGBTQ promotion, transgender surgeries, and control over our children.
