Economic Analyst Jim Nelles, upon reviewing footage of the Baltimore bridge collapse, says there is one thing he does not understand as it pertains to the two pilots on the ship. "Once they lost power they did not immediately drop both anchors," Nelles said. "When the ship is in what is called restrictive maneuvering conditions, you are supposed to drop your anchor if any emergency happens while you are coming into or going out of a port. They did not do that."
