Gatestone Institute Senior Fellow Gordan Chang says Chinese President Xi Jinping is heavily dependent on US trade. “What he’s trying to do is export his way out of a crisis which means he needs the US market, he needs US investment and technology. These are things that we can deny him and these are things that we should deny him,” says Chang.
