U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) says that while he understands why the group of doctors who sued the FDA over its statements on ivermectin agreed to settle their lawsuit, it was unsatisfying that the case didn’t move to the discovery process. “I think those doctors decided that at least the [tacit] admission by the FDA, by pulling down all the negative information they had on ivermectin was probably about as good as you’re going to get,” says Sen. Johnson. “They also probably see my attempts to, for example, just get the unredacted emails from Anthony Fauci. I’ve been trying to do that for three years and they’re still not giving those things up.”
