Representative Glenn Grothman (R-WI) says he was glad to hear former President Donald Trump pledge to protect Social Security benefits and not raise the retirement age earlier this week. Rep. Grothman says that it was important for Trump to defend Social Security amid a growing GOP movement to cut Medicare and Social Security for future generations.
