Senior Heritage Foundation Legal Fellow Hans von Spakovsky says that he and his colleagues wrote an almost 50-page paper last year listing all the ways DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has violated federal immigration law. "This is a deliberate policy," von Spakovsky says, adding Mayorkas has directed his staff members and the Border Patrol to also break laws.
