Former Federal Prosecutor Kash Patel says New York Judge Juan Merchan was acting with “political purposes” when he told former President Donald Trump he would have him arrested if he did not appear in court for every day of his criminal trial. “The two-tiered system of justice is wildly on display here,” says Patel.
