An appellate court in New York has overturned Harvey Weinstein's conviction. Grant Stinchfield analyzes how this might play into President Trump's trial. "People freak out that the Harvey Weinstein case will be thrown out, but he [Weinstein] will be retried and probably convicted," Stinchfield told Steve Bannon. "The court said you cannot convict a man for his prior 'bad acts.' It does not mean criminal. What are they doing to President Trump here? They are trying to use prior bad acts."
