NCLU Communications Director Paul Ingrassia, referring to the goings on at the New York City courtroom with President Trump, tells Natalie Winters that the proceedings are a witch hunt and unconstitutional. "I am still scrambling to see what statute has been violated here," Ingrassia said. "This is probably the first criminal trial in the history of New York State criminal proceedings where the prosecution comes into the courtroom without a theory of the case already. They're trying to prove that President Trump committed a crime, which he did not, [and] based on hearsay, cobbling together all the things that we already know about him."
