President Trump attorney Will Scharf says Judge Juan Merchan is irretrievably conflicted in the case he presides over involving President Trump. "This case is an outrage," Scharf said. "It is offensive to those of us who have spent our lives fighting for our legal system and for our Constitution." One offensive aspect of this case, Scharf added, is a gag order that applies to Trump. The gag order does not apply to the prosecution. The gag order also does not apply to witnesses.
