U.S. Rep. Ralph Norman (R-SC-05), when asked if he and his colleagues will hold U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt, said he hopes so. "We have to enter [the fight] regardless of the outcome," Norman said. "This administration is lawless. They are abusing their power."
