Former Arizona GOP head Kelly Ward was arraigned in court today. Ward's attorney Brad Miller tells Steve Bannon that Ward and her husband were arraigned for "an unconstitutional attempt at criminalizing speech, criminalizing being a Republican, and criminalizing the questioning of our elections and the things that happened in the Arizona election in 2020 and 2022." Miller says Arizona officials have created a new crime.
