Bud Cummins, an Arkansas attorney representing the family of Brian Malinowski who was killed by ATF agents in a raid on his home, says Malinowski had no idea he was being surveilled by federal agents. Federal agents allege Malinowski, a local airport administrator in Little Rock, violated federal gun laws by operating as a firearm seller without proper licensing.
