"I have never heard a judge say to Juror Number One, 'You can agree to this crime, but Juror Number Two, you can agree to this crime,'" Gelman said. "So even though it's not unanimous which crime you can believe the president did, you can all just take a crime and pick it, just like from a value meal at McDonald's."
