Harvard Law School Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz isn’t confident the appellate division of New York will overturn former President Donald Trump’s conviction. “I don’t think judges want to walk around the city of New York and have people point the finger at them and say ‘That’s the judge that made Trump president’,” he says. Dershowitz says Trump may have a chance in the New York Court of Appeals.
