U.S. Rep. Matt Rosendale (R-MO) says that he and his Republican colleagues in Congress can defund the Department of Justice (DOJ) through an appropriations bill. Members of the DOJ, Rosendale said, are "violating the rights of the president and they are violating the rights of the people across this nation because of that."
