Heritage Foundation Border Security and Immigration Center Director Lora Ries believes there's some collusion taking place behind President Joe Biden's executive order limiting asylum claim processing based on how quickly the ACLU filed a lawsuit. “I would bet money that these organizations got an advanced copy. And certain members of Congress on the left are screaming loudly about it, it’s just showing the theater of all of this,” she says.
