U.S. Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ-05) says he does not know what Joe Biden will say as he addresses the nation tomorrow, but Biggs also says it is time to start looking at Kamala Harris. "She's incompetent and incapable of leading this country, so I'm not sure which way will be better for us, but I do know this," Biggs said. "They still have to run on this. The economy is bad. Inflation is bad, and the border is wide open. There is crime because of them."
