Catherine Engelbrecht of True The Vote tells War Room Co-Host Natalie Winters about a scam involving ActBlue where people are having money sent to politicians under their names without knowing it. Engelbrecht calls this identity theft and wire fraud. "Large mega-donors, $10 to $20 million donors, theoretically are pushing through cash that is then being broken up into very small dollar donations," Engelbrecht said.
