Up until Reagan, it was done on the east side of the Capitol. They moved it for the optics, but we had 250k tickets for this today, and now? It's a crisp, clear day, and they could've done this outside.
No more commercial breaks until the inauguration is over! President Trump is on his way to the Rotunda to join 600 guests, then going to the Capital One Arena.
